Class spots or private lesson appointments are only reserved once the enrollment form (below) and full payment have been received. Please be aware that payment is non-refundable once received, no exceptions.

Full fee should be e-transferred to kim@dogsbehaven.com and use training for the password.

Once form and payment have been sent, please be sure to send over your required health paperwork - vaccines, etc.
